If you encounter any manufacturing quality problems and wish to return the item, please contact us at support@trendyjewelrys.com within 24 hours upon receiving your package with your order number, reasons and photo proofs. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. If your order was placed after 4pm EST, the processing will begin on the next day.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, TrendyJewelry reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept refunds on any customized pieces or lost return packages.
